Since a picture is worth a thousand words, my job is to make each one of those words as effective as possible to drive buyers to your property and to get the attention it deserves.

I deliver captivating photography to ensure your property stands out and generates more viewings. There are thousands of active listings any given day and my job is to separate and elevate your property from the crowd.

Maximising the exposure for a single property is only a fraction of the purpose for using our services. A 2013 study found that 85% of home sellers would prefer to list their home with an estate agent that uses professional photography. I work hard to ensure each shot will serve as a permanent piece of marketing material for the estate agent, resulting in more listings in the future.

Photoshoot Timeline

The timeline on each shoot may vary based on ambient light, weather, home layout, etc.  A typical photo shoot takes 1 to 3 hours.  Aerial shots and exterior shots can take another 30 to 90 minutes.  Of course these are estimates and can vary wildly from property to property.  Larger properties with more sophisticated features take longer, sometimes taking an entire day from morning to night.

During a shoot my goal is to have minimal impact on the property and its occupants. In the event that doors are opened or blinds are raised or furniture is moved I will always return everything to its original position.  The only footprint I will leave behind are the beautiful images that are published for the property.
